I’ve been on a journey of self discovery for many years now and somewhere along the way a single breathwork experience changed my life. I started training directly under Wim Hof and eventually branched out to learn from as many teachers as I could and eventually developed my own style of breathwork called elemental rhythm. We use the rhythm of the music to guide us through element inspired breathing patterns to help shift your state and even go inward. I love sharing breathwork and using the breath as a guide to quiet the mind or reach altered states and then infuse simple guided meditations to direct your awareness inward in a gentle yet powerful way. You’ll also play with simple qigong flows which is a great way to easily and safely combine breath with movement. Gray trained with internationally-renowned coaches Patrick McKeown (breath) and Lee Holden (meditation, tai chi, and qigong). He had the privilege of guiding the breathwork sessions on the ASICS Movement For Mind program led by mental health researcher, Dr Brendon Stubbs. The program documented the mental wellbeing of a group of nearly 200 volunteers with remarkable results showing that 70% of participants were more active after completing the program.
